What we collect

When you join our early access list, we collect your email address. If you request information about an agency plan, we also collect the optional message you write. That's it — no cookies, no tracking, no analytics.

How we store it

Your email is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and stored on our own server. No third parties have access to your data. We do not use cloud services for data storage.

What we use it for

We use your email solely to notify you about PulseCite's launch and related updates. We will never sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain your data until PulseCite launches and you either become a customer or request removal. If PulseCite does not launch, all collected data will be permanently deleted within 90 days of that decision.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

For EU residents: the legal basis for processing your data is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time.

For California residents: you may opt out of data collection at any time per CCPA.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or tracking technologies. Your IP address is processed temporarily in memory for abuse prevention (rate limiting) but is never stored on disk or logged.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will notify you via email before changes take effect.
